CS392 Final Project
Due Thursday, December 11 at 9:00 AM (at the start of the final exam)
For the last project, create a scene using concepts from this class. Specifically, the scene must include at least 3 of these 5:
- Fractals
- A landscape
- Buildings
- A maze or mazes
- Trees or other plants
At least two animated things must be included in your scene. Lighting must be arranged in a way that makes sense for your scene (make sure it looks good in rendered view).
Unlike other labs, turn in both the script and a movie of your scene. Camera movement can be animated if this makes sense in your scene, or the scene itself. Many aspects of this project are left to your artistic sense. Grading will be on correctly implementing a scene that meets the above guidelines, rather than artistic merit. However, I highly recommend paying attention to the artistic merits, and making a video that you'd be proud to show a potential employer.
Videos will be posted in a gallery on isoptera (I'll take care of this part) and publicized via posters with QR codes and possibly BUCS social media. Unless you ask me not to, I'll put your name with your work in some way, so that you can receive any associated fame and glory.
