BIOF350 Lab 5: Ignoring small structures when flood-filling

Add a feature to your vesicle detector which will distinguish between images from the nuclear layer and images from the plexiform layer. It should use vesicle count to determine which layer images are from.
Use these images to test
The nuclear and plexiform images have been cropped to the same size. The large images is just for context, you don't have to classify it (and can't, since it's an image of both!). Generally in CS108, this is solved in a less advanced manner by counting dark vs. light pixels.
