Recovery of lost bitcoin:
	In most situations, you can't
	Example:  Send to a wallet that doesn't exist
	Another example:  Somebody got your private key and transfered it
	Yet another:  You lost your private key
		Or the PIN or password for a hardware wallet that contains it
	That's one of the problems with bitcoin theft
