The daylight revield new secrets about this town. It is Circle MT, but in AZ. Who knew! We slept in this morning and missed the rediculous breakfast time. So instead we headed for the Cowbow Cafe, or as its sign would say, Owboy Afe Once inside, we discovered the most usefull/useless menu ever, featuring just non descriptive items like "Baskets" or "Washtub Burrito" (no description) We both ordered washtub burritos, and while we waited I accidentaly managed to make a triple water seal in my straw. There are 3 seals made out of water, and inbetween each one is a sealed area of air. This air cant escape and causes all 3 seals to remain constant distant from each other. This relation is mantained even when the straw is submurged in the your water and they mantain a fixed position no matter how the straw moves! Just a cool little effect! The Burritos arived, Dad ordered the Roswell sause with it. I ordered mine without onions, but I should have also ordered it without peppers. Neither one of us actually used the sause, too spicy. All in all, I highly recomend the burritos though. From Rosswell we headed generaly for Austin TX. The entire rest of the day was driving accross Montana. Ok so it was New Mexico and Texas, but lets be honnest, it is apparently just a flatter version of eastern Montana without Buttes. The only significant difference is the wildlife. We have seen skunks, possoms, armaillos, and possibly porcupines. It hit 91 today, with upwards of 50% humidity. We are apparently in Oil and cow country. And natrualy they have road construction here. Not much to say until we hit Big Spring and stopped for water, gass and a walk about. Man this town is crazy, more of those sideways stop lights and some verry confusing parking lots? If you didnt want people to park there, why mark the spots? Also, this has to be the most interesting placement of a wifi router I have ever seen, 20 feet down on a pole. Im not sure whats up with the signage in this town though. The sign on the bathroom on the says "no unpayed for product beyond this point" but, the bathroom its past the registers and out side the door.... soooooo, no merch should be getting that far even.... so why put a sign about it? From Big Spring we headed for San Angelo for dinner. We heard they had good bbq there, and the best place we could find was Hampton bbq. We through that into Google and found a spot labled Hampton, we found a spot marked Hampton and went in side, the tables where all set with table cloths and they greated us at the door... No sign of bbq, something is up.... turns out it was a wedding! There was no actual bbq spot here. Breif enquiries let us know that the bbq joint was a food truck that was out of commision.... sooo.... no bbq. We collected recomendations on where to go and the Angry Cactus was highly recomended. So we headed for the angry cactus. But not before we saw this truck. My dearest brother would be proud, no only was his hood over the curb, but so was his front tire! At the Angry Cactus we discovered it was a fairly fancy place, however, it wasnt really fancy priced, so thats good! I took some nice pictures of the lights, but minor streaks on my lense caused everyones favorite! LENSE FLAIRS! After we ordered, they brought us a basket of bread and a bowl of "cheese" that was then mixed with olive oil and mopped up with the bread. It was Delicous! I will have to find out what the cheese was! They also had bottled rootbeer, highly recomend it, ICB Root beer! While we waited for dinner I took a few more lense flair images after wipping my camera various directions. Our food arrive, I had ordered some sort of Burrito smothered in Queso, and dad got an open face onion sandwich with onion soup. We also split an order of Mac n Cheese. After dinner we headed for our La Quinta in Austin TX. After arriving we discoverd that the room we had reserved was downright HUGE! Plenty of room for a hammock. After siging on to the wifi (which worked this time) I looked up Austin for some reason and I saw this question on Google that I found hillarious. ' Man its humid here, I considered asking where the sauna was, but decited the answer would be "out side the front door." I got so sweety just carrying in my stuff from the car! Our hotel wasnt in the best of neighbor hoods so we made sure to lock the car, but man that room is huge! Tomorrow should be our last day.
