Functions and methods in Alice
	Java doesn't differentiate
	Neither do C, C++, Python, Go, Julia, Bash, C#, Ada, ...
	But functions do different things!
	Basic purpose:  Avoid cut and paste
		- Parameterization of code
		- "Magic" numbers (hardcoded numbers)

Table function with vPython
	Parameters:  position, height, color
	Scale will always be the same
